(NHSA) was established in Irving, TX as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEXCO-Central to offer NEXCO-Central's technologies and experience to the US road industry. NEXCO Highway Solutions of America Inc. (NHSA) opened in Irving, Texas, in 2020 with the goal of contributing to the improvement of the road infrastructure in the United States by leveraging the experience and technologies of its parent

company, NEXCO Central, which has been designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating highways in Japan for over 60 years.

Our current offering, SPM (Smart Pavement Management System), uses AI to accurately detect pavement distresses on your road and analyze its condition based on the results. However, we are a group of road professionals with pride. We don't leave everything to AI. Our experienced civil engineers carefully verify all detection results to provide high-quality deliverables at an affordable cost.

We have also added PCI estimates and deterioration prediction to our services, and we are constantly developing our technologies together with our parent company to meet your diverse needs.
